Show Pre-Ordering **
Traders Listed above like this** have indicated that they can accept pre-show orders,via their web-site or email, for collection at the show.
Please make clear when you contact them that you would want to collect your order from the East Midlands Model Show Hinckley, 13th March 2016, though this may be of more use closer to the show date!
Please note: Traders who normally set up on Saturday night can only do so after 8pm as that is when we get the hall

The Standard layout for most clubs will be 1 wide by 2 deep,
e.g. 6' frontage, 5' deep,(approx) unless your request for additional tables has alreadybeen confirmed with the Booking Secretary, Kev.
We will be fine-tuning a revised layout, so minor revisions may be necessary.

How to Get To the Show at the OLD Leisure Centre:
Hinckley Leisure Centre, Coventry Road, Hinckley LE10 0JR
PARKING:
2 car parks, 1 next to the Sports Centre, entrance off Trinity Bridge Road, & Rugby Road.
Please note, the parking wardens are 'keen' & often seem to work the Sunday of the show, so please observe the parking regs.
