Please note:  Exact Table Number allocations will be made nearer the date as the layout has NOT been finalised.

Table number & layout requests have been noted but will not be confirmed until later, as above. 

This year’s show is at a NEW location and the second hall/room is significantly smaller than in previous years (large hall the same size.)

As such we will update this page with your table allocation near the date of the event once all attendees have been confirmed.
The choice isn't as simple as Lots of Clubs & no Elbow Room, versus  Fewer clubs  with lots of empty table space....
