Wolfpak normally "theme" their sheets, and this one is no different, covering a wide range of aircraft involved with the delivery of early precision guided bombs.  The sheet therefore covers a number of F-4Ds, an A-6A, A-7E, A-4E and a C-130A "Blind Bat".  The airframes covered are as follows:-

  • F-4D-31-MC 66-7709 "FG" from the 433rd TFS, 8th TFW based at Ubon RTAFB. This aircraft is in the standard SEA scheme of FS34079, FS34102, FS30219 and FS36622 and carries an AN/AVQ-10A Pave Knife pod on the inner LH wing pylon with GBU-10A bombs on the outer pylons.  The tailcodes are white with the AF67 in black;
  • F-4D-30-MC 66-7505 "FA" from the 25th TFS, 8th TFW.  This aircraft was painted similarly to -7709 but carried the "FA" tailcode and had a black/yellow chequered fincap, with the same color scheme. This airframe did not carry the Pave Knife pod, but WAS used to carry the GBU-10;
  • F-4D-30-MC 66-7593 from the 25th TFS, 8th TFW, again based at Ubon RTAFB.  It carried the same camouflage scheme as the other two F-4D's, but carried GBU-8 HOBOS bombs on the inner pylons;
  • C-130A-LM 55-0005 "Blind Bat" from the 347th TAw based at Ubon RTAFB.  The "Blind Bat" aircraft carried 350 flares and were used to light targets for incoming attack aircraft and friendly ground forces.  The aircraft was painted gloss black on the lower surfaces and sides, with standard SEA camouflage of FS34079, FS34102 and FS30219 on the upper surfaces only, with a red bat outine on the fin and a "YD" tailcode also in red.

The sheet is well printed with everything in register, the decal film itself is thin and there is very little overlap of film.

The instructions are printed in a mixture of color and B&W and comprise left and right views (where needed)  together with upper surface diagrams, color details and additional references.
