Decal Sheet Title Riders on the Storm

Wolfpak Decals sheet 72-075 "Riders on the Storm" provides markings for a CH-3C from the 4488th TS, an F-4C from the 555th TFS and a QF-80F from the 3205th DS

  • CH-3C 63-9690 from the 4488th TS, 4485th TW based at Eglin AFB during June 1965. It was painted overall gloss olive drab (FS14087) with markings in white.
  • F-4C-22-MC 64-0699 "FP" from the 555th TFS based at Ubon RTAFB during May 1967. It carried the standard four tone South East Asia scheme, comprising FS34079, FS34102 and FS30219 upper surfaces with FS36622 lower surfaces. It carried white "FP" tailcodes and serial numbers. On the rudder were yellow/blue stripes a yellow-outlined red star on the intake splitter. 
  • QF-80F 44-85462 from the 3205th Drone Group during 1952, painted overall Orange FS12197 with the tops of the wings left unpainted natural metal. Markings were in white, including "U.S. AIR FORCE" on the forward fuselage, "QFT-462" buzz numbers on the rear fuselage and "48546" tail numbers.

As usual, instructions comprise a colour side view and black-and-white scamouflage schemes for each aircraft, together with aircraft history, weapons load-outs and colour information. Decals are printed by Fantasy Printshop.
