Caracal Models sheet CD72074 provides markings for 4 different F-15C/Ds from the 493rd FS at RAF Lakenheath. The aircraft are:
- F-15C 84-0027 during 2014. This was the squadron commander's aircraft and carried "493FS" on the fin, with both this and the "LN" tailcode being highlighted in white. Interestingly, the "LN" tailcodes are NOT 24", being slightly smaller;
- F-15C 84-0019 during 2013;
- F-15C 86-0156 during 2013;
- F-15D 84-0044 during 2013.
All aircraft carried the "Mod Eagle" scheme comprising Dark Mod Eagle Grey FS36176 and Light Mod Eagle Grey FS36251. "Black "LN" codes were carried by all aircraft together with a black fin band outlined in yellow.
Caracal provide a left side view of each aircraft, with a separate four-view showing the camouflage scheme. Decals are printed by Cartograf in perfect register, with opaque white.
