Caracal Models sheet CD72063 provides markings for no less than sixteen different F-15Es from the 389th (Mountain Home AFB) and 494th FS (RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom).

The airframes feature are:

  • F-15E 87-0173 "Checkmate" from the 389th FS during 2019. This aircraft work a stylised eagle's head on the nose and "GUNFIGHTERS" in gothic lettering on the upper fuselage. It carried black "MO" tailcodes and wore a tail band containing a stylised US flag;
  • F-15E 87-0169 "Cerberus" from the 389th FS during 2019. It carried a red tail band containing a yellow lightning bolt and black "MO" tailcodes. Black artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 87-0209 "Grizz" from the 389th FS during 2019. It also carried a red tail band containing a yellow lightning bolt and black "MO" tailcodes. Black artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 87-0170 "Boogeyman" from the 389th FS during 2019. It carried a red tail band containing a yellow lightning bolt and black "MO" tailcodes. Black artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 88-1699 "Ashbringer" from the 389th FS during 2019. It carried a red tail band containing a yellow lightning bolt and black "MO" tailcodes. Black artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 88-1678 "Billie Jean" from the 389th FS during 2019. It carried a red tail band  containing a yellow lightning bolt and black "MO" tailcodes. Black artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 88-1705 "Point N' Shoot" from the 389th FS during 2019. It carried a red tail band containing a yellow lightning bolt and black "MO" tailcodes with a white shadow. "389FS" was carried similarly (black with a white shadow) and black artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 91-0311 "Lady Liberty" from the 494th FS during 2018. It wore a red/yellow/green striped fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, together with "48 FW". Grey and white artwork was carried on the nose;
  • F-15E 91-0324 "White Walrus" from the 494th FS during 2018. It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, with white nose art;
  • F-15E 91-0326 "Ravage" from the 494th FS during 2018.  It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, with red, white and black nose art;
  • F-15E 91-0329 "Deadpool" from the 494th FS during 2018. It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, with full color "Deadpool" artwork on the nose;
  • F-15E 91-0335 "Megaloon" from the 494th FS during 2018.  It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, with a red, white and black shark mouth;
  • F-15E 00-3003 "Gears Of War" from the 494th FS during 2018. It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, with red artwork on the nose;
  • F-15E 00-3004 "Bullseye" from the 494th FS during 2018. It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes, with full color nose art;
  • F-15E 91-0320 from the 494th FS during 2018. It carried a red fin band and black "LN" tailcodes together with "494 FS";
  • F-15E 97-0221 fom the 494th FS during 2016. It carried a blue fin band and black "LN" tailcodes together with "492 FS"

All aircraft wore the standard F-15E scheme comprising overall FS36118 Gunship Grey with black markings.

Instructions are in full color and provide left-side view of each aircraft, additional scrap views where required and 4-views for stencils.

The decals are provided on an A5 sheet with a separate smaller sheet for the serials. These are printed by Cartograf in perfect register.

This is a highly recommended sheet, although possibly one to share with friends unless you really really like Strike Eagles!
