Chris St Clair reviews FabScale sheet FD72006 which provides markings for F-1C 89-2060 'SCAT XXVII' from the 8th FW at Kunsan AB during 2024.
This aircraft wore the standard two-tone grey scheme comprising FS36118 and FS36270. The fin was painted in a disruptive scheme using dark green FS34079 and tan FS30219 (similar to the South East Asian scheme). It carried white "WP" tailcodes, '8TH FIGHTER WING' on the fin tip and 'WOLF PACK!' on the fin base. The lower fuselage skegs were painted dark green FS34079 with 'SCAT XXVII' in yellow.
Decals are provided on a single small sheets. The decals are in good register and appear opaque.
Instructions comprise a single-sided A4 sheet in full color showing the individual aircraft markings.
