Euro Decals sheet ED-721001 provides markings for a number of colourful F-86 Sabres. The aircraft are:

  • F-86A-5-NA 49-1021 from the Montana ANG at Nellis AFB during 1955 and used as a target tug. It was overall Yellow (potentially Insignia Yellow FS13538) with a dark blue nose, wing tips and tail fin band. The wings, drop tanks and upper fin were natural metal. "ANG 91021" was carried in black on the fin and "MONT ANG" in black on a natural panel on the rear fuselage;
  • F-86E-10-NA 51-2724 from the Air Force Flight Test Centre at Edwards AFB during August 1951. It was overall natural metal with black "FU-724" buzz numbers on the rear fuselage. The entire forward fuselage was fluorescent dayglo orange (potentially FS28915) with a large black "4" superimposed.

Instructions are in full colour and provide a largr right-side view of each aircraft, smaller left-side view and separate upper/lower drawings.

The decals are printed by Fantasy Printshop in perfect register and include a set of "metal" panels for the Montana ANG aircraft.
