Linden Hill are not overly well-known, but have released a number of sheets of use to USAF modellers, including this one which caters for two C-27Js. Whilst the sheet primarily provides markings for aircraft from Lithuania, Bulgaria, Mexico and Morocco, it also covers 08-7012 and 08-7015 from the 179th ARW, Ohio ANG as deployed to Kandahar AB, Afghanistan during 2011-12.
Both aircraft were in the 'house' scheme, in an overall grey very similar to FS36280. Markings were predominantly black apart from a large red tail band containing "MANSFIELD" in black and a full colour US flag on the fin.
The decals provide a complete set of markings for one aircraft and a small number of stencils.
The instructions provide left and right views for each aircraft together with common upper and lower schemes. Additionally, a number of color photographs provide additional details.
This sheet is recommended for the Italeri kit!
